Understanding the Old Employees Around Us

Because I had to make the personnel plan for the next year, I specifically checked the roster of the workshop, with the intention of checking the departure time of the retiring personnel. Inadvertently, I saw the onboarding dates of the first two employees, Tian Keyi: onboarding date: April 20, 2002, and Zhang Ting'an: onboarding date: November 21, 2002. I started working in 2002 and it has been my 20th anniversary since then. It's rare for a workshop to have two veteran employees who have been working for 20 years.

It is not difficult for a person to only do something once in an ordinary job position. What is difficult is to face the same boring and boring things every day, and to work tirelessly and diligently to do well. This is the extraordinary in ordinary. As grassroots employees of the company, they have been rooted in the production line for 20 years. In ordinary positions, they are diligent, hardworking, and silently dedicated. It is like a screw, silently contributing to its own position. Careful observation shows that no screw can be seen from the appearance of a complete machine. It abandoned the opportunity to shine and shine, but achieved a functioning and durable machine. Dripping water merges with rivers, gathering soil to form peaks. It is the countless unknown screw that quietly support behind, and then there are all kinds of huge and normal machines.

There is a passage in Lei Feng's diary: "If you are a drop of water, do you moisten an inch of land; if you are a ray of sunshine, do you light up a darkness; if you are a screw, do you always stick to your position?" On the road of life, everyone is writing their own history with their own footprints.

They are witnesses and firsthand witnesses to the gradual development of Haisheng from a small company to a quasi listed company, from small to large, from weak to strong, and their contribution to the development of Haisheng. Many times, companies treat customers as God. But I think employees and customers are equally important to the company. A company, no matter which country it belongs to, always needs people to realize its value. Without employees, there is no enterprise.

Twenty years of companionship did not come easily. Time does not deceive effort, transformation is a gift. From a professional to an old employee, from a family pillar to a family ballast, time has remained in Shunyu. Twenty years are like a day. They personally demonstrated the concept of "treating each other with sincerity, sharing weal and woe", and shook the entire Haisheng with their loyal actions. Loyalty is an essential element in their life, and dedication is the value beacon for them to achieve their life ideals.
