Before the establishment of "Window of Haisheng", in November 2011, which marked the tenth anniversary of the company's establishment, the first internal newspaper of the company was organized. The first newspaper focused on the tenth anniversary of the company's establishment and solicited articles from all employees. In the second year, the magazine "Window of Haisheng" was founded as a quarterly issue, which was changed to a semi annual publication starting from 2019. By 2022, 36 issues have been published.
Over the past decade, the establishment of the magazine has enriched corporate culture, conducted corresponding thematic discussions in conjunction with production management, expressed opinions in conjunction with current events, summarized work, proposed suggestions, exchanged reading and learning experiences, and expressed opinions around work and life. Built a valuable platform for communication and exchange among company employees.
In the early days of the magazine's establishment, the obvious characteristics of Zui were that factory and headquarters leaders took the lead in submitting articles, with high quality and strong demonstration effects. There were many articles on production technology, and the "Seeking Knowledge and Exploration" column was rich in content.
Over the past decade, the design and printing quality of 'Window of Haisheng' have improved significantly, with a significant increase in the number of manuscripts, a thicker magazine, and richer content; The number of newsletters has increased, with timely reporting of company news and production line activities, most of which can revolve around the theme; The leaders of various factories have also paid more attention, promoted and mobilized, and urged employees to submit, resulting in the emergence of a group of excellent authors and excellent submission teams.
Beauty often comes with regrets, and the same goes for 'Window of Haisheng', which requires more perfection. Executives are busier and less involved; There are many old faces and few new faces among the submission personnel. Some factories and departments have not yet mobilized enough, while others have zero long-term submissions; Some manuscripts urgently need to be further improved in terms of quality. For example, there are still many manuscripts that use magazine column or topic titles as article titles, indicating that the concept is not yet sufficient; There are few articles summarized based on actual production, and there is less attention paid to people and things around them; The function of magazines is not enough, the scope of reading is not enough, and the use of this platform to participate in discussions on company events is not enough; Like a lone traveler, moving forward a bit lonely, it has been ten years! It is gratifying to see more changes. In this issue of the manuscript, Xie Hailong from Haisheng Factory's "Reflections on the Work of Old Employees" focuses on two old employees with more than 20 years of service, which is refreshing. We advocate for writing more articles like this, combining the examples around us with the reality around us. Mr. Zhang Jingli from the alloy factory has brought us an article on the development of new material technology. Mr. Zhu Xiusheng, the company's chief consultant, has been writing articles on the history and knowledge of the tungsten industry for the publication, forming a series. Zhang Minghua's "Development Outlook" from Haisheng Factory summarized 5 issues and proposed 4 suggestions. We hope that more leaders, frontline management personnel, and grassroots employees can participate, and both the sunny and snowy days and the down-to-earth people can make 'Window of Haisheng' more beautiful; I also look forward to more articles on technical discussions and management exchanges; Mobile phones provide us with great photography convenience, advocating for taking more touching and interesting materials from companies, and adding more works to "Window of Haisheng";
