Ganzhou Sinda Tungsten Molybdenum Co.,Ltd. was established in Shangyou County, mainly producing tungsten powder and tungsten bars.
2004

Ganzhou Sea Dragon Tungsten&Molybdenum Co.,Ltd. was established in Ganxian County, mainly producing tungsten chemical products such as APT, tungsten oxide, ammonium metatungstate, and sodium tungstate.

2006

Ganzhou Grand Sea Tungsten Co., Ltd. was established in Shangyou County, mainly producing and operating tungsten powder, tungsten carbide powder, doped tungsten bars, tungsten rods, molybdenum products, and other products.
2009

The company was renamed as Ganzhou Grand Sea W&Mo Group Co., Ltd.. Holding shares in Sea Dragon Tungsten&Molybdenum and Sinda Tungsten Molybdenum.

2011

Ganzhou Grand Sea Cemented Carbide Co.,Ltd. was established. Mainly engaged in the production and processing of hard alloy series products.
2015

Collaborated with Kyocera Corporation of Japan to establish Kyocera Precision Tools (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. We mainly produce CNC blades.
2018

Establish Grand Sea W&Mo Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd.
2019

Ganzhou Sea Dragon Tungsten&Molybdenum Co.,Ltd. has been relocated to Ganzhou High tech Industrial Development Zone in Ganxian District for overall technological transformation.
2020

Kyocera Corporation has invested in Grand Sea W&Mo Group, and the company type has been changed to a Sino foreign joint venture.
