Zhong Derong from the Quality Control Department was awarded the title of "Digital Craftsman" in Ganzhou in 2022

Cultivate digital craftsmen and promote development through technological empowerment. On March 31st, according to the press conference of the "Digital Craftsman" recommendation activity held by the Ganzhou Municipal Government Information Office and the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, 11 people including Zhong Derong, Minister of Quality Control Department of Ganzhou Haisheng Tungsten Industry Co., Ltd., were awarded the title of "Digital Craftsman" in Ganzhou in 2022.

In 2022, Ganzhou City ranked 58th among the top 100 digital cities in China, showing a good trend of digital industry agglomeration development, increasingly deepening industrial digital integration, and digital technology leading technological innovation. The achievement of these achievements is inseparable from the imaginative "innovation and creation" and the down-to-earth "craftsmanship". To this end, the Union City Federation of Trade Unions, in conjunction with the Municipal Human Resources and Social Security Bureau, carried out a wide range of "digital craftsmen" recommendation activities in Ganzhou. According to the work idea of selecting digital talents with strong political ability, high skill level and great social influence, a group of knowledge-based, skilled, innovative and cost-effective "digital craftsmen" were selected.

After being recommended by the grassroots trade unions and reviewed by the Municipal Federation of Trade Unions, the opinions of the Municipal Development and Reform Commission, the Municipal Bureau of Industry and Information Technology, the Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security and other relevant departments were solicited for many times, and the Union City Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security set up an evaluation team to conduct on-site evaluation on the recommended candidates, and finally 11 "digital craftsmen" were recommended (the detailed list is attached). Among them, there are representatives of traditional industries such as furniture production, electronic information, and non-ferrous metals digitization, as well as representatives of emerging digital industrialization such as e-commerce live streaming, software information, and drones, with a wide coverage and strong representativeness.
