Ganzhou Grand Sea Tungsten Co., Ltd. originated from Sinda Tungsten Molybdenum and Molybdenum established in 2001, and later developed into Ganzhou Grand Sea W&Mo Group Co., Ltd. It was changed to its current name in 2021. There are currently three wholly-owned subsidiaries and one participating company.


The development process is as follows:


In 2001, Ganzhou Sinda Tungsten Molybdenum Co.,Ltd. was established in Shangyou County, mainly producing tungsten powder and tungsten bars.


In 2004, Ganzhou Sea Dragon Tungsten&Molybdenum Co.,Ltd. was established in Ganxian County, mainly producing tungsten chemical products such as APT, tungsten oxide, ammonium metatungstate, and sodium tungstate.


In 2006, Ganzhou Grand Sea Co., Ltd. was established in Shangyou County, mainly producing and operating tungsten powder, tungsten carbide powder, doped tungsten bars, tungsten rods, molybdenum products, and other products.


In 2009, the company was renamed as Ganzhou Grand Sea W&Mo Group Co., Ltd. Holding shares in

Sea Dragon Tungsten&Molybdenum and Sinda Tungsten Molybdenum.


In 2011,Ganzhou Grand Sea Cemented Carbide Co.,Ltd. was established in Ganzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone. Mainly engaged in the production and processing of hard alloy series products.


In 2015, Kyocera Precision Tools (Ganzhou) Co., Ltd. was established in cooperation with Kyocera Corporation of Japan. We mainly produce CNC blades.


In 2018, Grand Sea W&Mo Group (Hong Kong) Co., Ltd. was established.


In 2019, Ganzhou Sea Dragon Tungsten&Molybdenum Co.,Ltd. underwent overall technological transformation and relocated to Ganzhou High tech Industrial Development Zone in Ganxian District.


In 2020, Kyocera Corporation acquired a stake in Grand Sea  Group, and the company type was changed to a Sino foreign joint venture.


In 2021, the shareholding system reform was completed and renamed as Ganzhou Grand Sea Tungsten Co., Ltd.
