Export Control Compliance Policy Statement

赣州海盛钨业股份有限公司(简称“公司”)全面遵守《中华人民共和国出口管制法》及其他涉及出口管制的法律法规。公司管理层将带头学习并遵守出口管制相关法律法规与政策，同时要求所有员工遵守各项相关规定，任何情况下均不得违规出口。

Ganzhou Grand Sea Tungsten Co., Ltd. ( "Company") fully complies with the Export Control Law of the People's Republic of China and other laws, regulations, and policies relating to export controls. The Company's management will take the lead in learning and abiding by export control-related laws, regulations, and policies, and requires all employees to comply with various relevant provisions.  Under no circumstances may any individual engaged in import or export business on behalf of the Company violate applicable Trade Control regulations. 

违反出口管制相关法律法规将给公司和有关个人带来重大损失和严重处罚。违规个人也将面临严重后果，包括纪律处分和/或解聘;触犯法律法规的，将被依法追究法律责任。

Violation of export control-related laws and regulations will cause heavy losses and severe penalties to the Company and relevant individuals. Individual employees who will violate regulations will also face serious consequences, including disciplinary actions and/or dismissal. Those who violate laws and regulations will be held legally responsible in accordance with the law.

公司建立出口管制内部合规制度并持续完善。为确保出口管制内部合规制度的有效实施，公司将任命罗文担任公司出口管制合规事务的负责人，设立并完善相关组织机构，负责出口管制合规的管理工作。公司将对交易及相关活动进行出口管制风险审查。

The Company has established and continuously improves an internal export control compliance management system. To ensure the effective implementation of the internal export control compliance system, the Company appoints Luo Wen as the person in charge of the Company's export control compliance affairs, establishes and improves related department, and is responsible for the management of export control compliance. The Company will conduct export control risk reviews on transactions and related activities.

本政策声明将适时更新发布并在公司范围内进行发放，声明内容将在公司培训中予以体现并将上传到公司网站。

This policy will be updated and released in a timely manner and distributed within the Company. The contents of the statement will be reflected in the Company's training and uploaded to the Company's website.
