Gan Yong, academician of the CAE Member, visited Ganzhou Haisheng Group for investigation and guidance

On December 28, Gan Yong, former vice president of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, member of the Standing Committee of the Chinese Association for Science and Technology, director of the Chemical, Metallurgy and Materials Engineering Department of the Chinese Academy of Engineering, academician of the CAE Member, and doctoral supervisor, visited Ganzhou Haisheng Tungsten and Molybdenum Group for investigation. Zeng Qingning, chairman of Haisheng Group, accompanied him throughout the process.

Academician Gan Yong was invited to Ganzhou this time to participate in the "First Gannan Soviet Talent Summit and Private Enterprise Trip of Academicians and Experts" event hosted by Ganzhou Municipal Party Committee and Municipal Government, aiming to "promote the spirit of patriotic struggle and help the development of Gannan Soviet Area". This event was strongly supported and guided by the Chinese Academy of Sciences and the Chinese Academy of Engineering.

The event arranged for academician experts to interact with the enterprise, inviting them to conduct on-site investigations and provide guidance on the urgent problems that the enterprise needs to solve. Haisheng Group is honored to receive the guidance of academician Gan Yong.

Academician Gan Yong and his delegation first visited Haisheng Cemented Carbide Co., Ltd., a subsidiary of Haisheng Group. They went down to the workshop, inspected the equipment, listened to and understood the production process, product types, and application situation in detail, and had friendly exchanges with the chairman and accompanying personnel. They fully affirmed the independent research and development and manufacturing of the enterprise, as well as the market prospects of the products; Subsequently, Gan Yong and his delegation visited Kyocera Precision Co., Ltd., a joint venture of Haisheng Group, and visited various production workshops to highly evaluate Kyocera's production management and advanced technology. After the research, Academician Gan Yong had a discussion and exchange with some management personnel of Haisheng and Kyocera. He fully affirmed the friendly cooperation between Haisheng and Kyocera, and praised Kyocera for bringing advanced management and production technology to China. At the same time, he hoped that Haisheng Group could learn and exchange more from Kyocera, continuously improve its market influence and product competitiveness, and make the enterprise bigger and stronger.
