Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association Holds a Grand General Assembly

The 13th and 2nd member meetings of the Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association were grandly held on the morning of December 5th at the Ganzhou Shanshui Building Hotel. This member meeting was attended by member representatives from nearly 64 enterprises. The meeting elected the second council members, president, and vice president. Zeng Qingning, the chairman of Ganzhou Haisheng Tungsten Molybdenum Group Co., Ltd., was appointed as the second president of the association.

Under the leadership of the Municipal Party Committee and the Municipal Government, and with the joint efforts of tungsten enterprises and tungsten associations in the city, the Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association adheres to the purpose of organizing the meeting and is committed to playing the "three roles", namely the "bridge and link between the government and enterprises", the "enterprise service platform", and the "external window of the industry". It has accompanied the Ganzhou tungsten industry for thirteen years. In the past 13 years, the tungsten industry in Ganzhou has undergone significant changes. The industrial structure has shifted from being mainly focused on mining and processing for over a hundred years to extending to the smelting and processing industry. Famous domestic and foreign enterprises have successively settled in Ganzhou, and local tungsten enterprises have gradually become larger and stronger. They have formed a unique distribution center and main production area for Chinese tungsten raw materials and smelting and processing products, as well as mining and processing, smelting and processing, geological exploration, equipment manufacturing, inspection and testing A relatively complete tungsten industry system, including research and development design, education and training.

The meeting also reviewed and passed the "Work Report of the * * Council", "Financial Report of the * * Council", "2019 Work Plan Report", "2019 Financial Budget Report", and unanimously agreed on the "Proposal on Amending the Articles of Association of Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association", "Proposal on Amending the" Fee Collection Method of Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association ", and" Proposal on Amending the Working System of the Rotating Chairman Group of Ganzhou Tungsten Industry Association ", The attending representatives unanimously believe that the Chinese economy is in a period of overlapping growth and structural adjustment pains, and the tungsten industry in Ganzhou will face severe challenges.
